Welcome to this summer retreat!
If you are craving restful moments in nature and with horses, if you’re feeling disconnected from your body or you’re curious how being more connected to your womb can promote your emotional wellbeing, then this is for you!
You are invited to an intimate in-person gathering where your body can soften, your womb can speak, and the land can hold what you’ve been carrying.
In this sacred afternoon, you will:
- Spend time in a quiet field with a wise herd of horses—learning from their presence, honesty, and intuition
- Be guided in trauma informed somatic practices to awaken your Sacred Feminine Body, including abdominal massage and womb connection practices
- Participate in a guided ritual for womb healing, restoration, and remembrance
- Experience the grounding power of nature, ceremony, and sisterhood

This is a space of softness, slowness, and sacred reclamation.
No prior experience with horses or womb work is needed—only your willingness to listen within.
