1:1 Womb Wisdom Coaching and Healing
Amrita’s 1:1 Womb Wisdom Coaching and Healing Sessions are created for women to enter a sacred space wherein they feel witnessed in their stories, able to connect more deeply to their bodies and in particular their womb space physiologically and emotionally, and to access their intuitive gifts and rootedness as they enter their own path of feminine gnosis (i.e. wisdom acquired through lived experience).

In these sessions, I guide you into building physiological, emotional and spiritual knowledge of your body. Women hold magic in their infradian rhythm, i.e., the rhythm of their womb, regardless of whether they still experience menstrual bleeds. The gifts of building your womb wisdom include feeling deeply embodied, accessing more pleasure and sensuality, trusting your intuition, and being in flow with nature’s cycles so you’re fully participating in the beauty of the natural world. You may find it easier to attune to otherworldly or spiritual states, the immanence of life, and heal emotional wounds that reside within your womb’s experience. We often hold complicated relationships with our body, and this work can also invite forgiveness and compassion towards your womb, and reclaiming your feminine power.
This work is about rebellion, reclamation and remembrance.
The womb is a sacred portal alchemizing nature and the cosmos within her fleshy walls. She is an energetic compass, spiritual oracle and the wise woman of your body. She links you to your ancestral lines, teaches of the sacred union of dark and light, life and death, masculine and feminine among other disparate elements. She is earthy and divine, just like you. Knowing her helps you step fully into your feminine power and essence.
My 1:1 offerings may include…
intuitive guidance, womb energy attunements, guided meditation, creative writing, journaling and yoga nidra. I teach you ceremonial somatic practices- ways to place reverent loving touch onto your body, exploring and tending to your tissues, and in the process creating deep energetic, emotional and spiritual healing. You become your own wise woman.
