Sacred Ambrosia: An Equine Facilitated Therapy Group for Women Navigating Infertility

Perhaps you are just beginning to explore your fertility journey, or perhaps you have been walking this path for some time.

Wherever you are, Sacred Ambrosia is here to gently hold and guide you.

This five-week women’s circle invites you into a deeply nurturing space surrounded by nature, supported by the intuitive presence of the Spirit Farm Gypsy Cobs, and held in community with other women walking their own conception journeys.

Through trauma-informed, somatic, and nature-based practices, you will begin to turn toward your womb with tenderness, curiosity, and reverence.

This journey is not about “fixing” you. It is about remembering yourself.

Trusting your body. Reclaiming your inner knowing. And walking your path with compassion and the healing support of horse wisdom.

Walking a conception journey and longing to feel joy, healing, and a deeper relationship with your womb-  nurturing emotional and spiritual wellbeing amidst the complexities of infertility or trying to conceive.

Curious about somatic practices that bring grounding, embodiment, and connection to the natural world.

Open to experiencing equine-facilitated therapy- a gentle form of animal-assisted healing that restores emotional balance and fosters safety in the body.

Wanting a supportive community where you can be witnessed, share your story, and receive compassionate grief support.

  • Five Sundays — 2026 dates to be announced!
  • Time: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Location: Private residence in Sherwood Park
  • Investment: $720 cad plus 5% gst
    • Payment options: Pay in Full or 2-part payment plan (extended payment plan is also available)

*Note: Participants with valid Alberta Health Care can attend Sacred Ambrosia with this investment waived, as long as their physician or psychologist completes a referral form on their behalf. (Dr. Brodhecker is then paid a fee for service for group therapy by the Government of Alberta).
